Under the aegis of Techno India Group, Techno India College of Technology had organized an Orientation Programme on 3rd August, 2017 at the auditorium of the College. To usher in the new batch of students the Programme was organized with a motive “Inspiration breeds Motivation”. Dr R T Goswami, the Director, TICT, officially welcomed the students once again after the stream wise Induction Programme and spoke to them regarding the opportunities and challenges of engineering education and the ways of developing themselves as strong individuals. DrDebangshu Chakraborty, Senior Manager (HR), Aditya Birla Group, gave a motivational lecture interspersed with real life examples to the students. DrKunal Sarkar, Senior Vice Chairman, Director and Head of Cardiac Surgery at MedicaSuperspeciality Hospital addressed the students thereafter.He emphasized on the importance of realizing self-worth by individuals especially students. He elaborated on the rich cultural heritage of our country and the importance of perseverance. H also advised them to develop skill sets which would sustain themselves for the rest of their lives. The Programme was a grand success.
